Best animal control officer ever!The City of Adel’s Animal Control Officer, Regenia Wells attended the Southeastern Animal Control Association Conference. Regenia received an award for Best ACO Ever! This is the first ever award sent by a citizen to be given - a citizen of Adel wrote a letter describing Regenia’s dedication to her job, love for animals, and dedication to her community.
