Delivery: Prices quoted must be F.O.B. Destination, with all transportation charges paid by the bidder to the Adel Police Department at 204 East 3rd Street Adel, Ga 31620.
Submission Requirements

Bid Submission: Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked on the outside with the Title (3 POLICE PURSUIT VEHICLES) and Bidder's Name.

Submission Deadline: Bids will be received at the office of the City Manager L. Mark Barber City Hall 112 North Parrish Avenue Adel, Ga 31620 no later February 23rd, 2026, at 5:00 pm EST.

Bid Opening: Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at City Hall in Council Chambers on February 24th, 2026, at 10:00 am EST located at 112 North Parrish Avenue Adel, Ga 31620.

Late Bids: Any bid received after the specified date and time will NOT be accepted.
