William "Jody" Greene grew up in Adel and at an early age began working in the family-owned Western Auto store that began in 1958, which later became Greene's Home Center. After his father Preston retired he acquired the business. Jody was elected to the Adel City Council and began his first term in January, 2014 to represent District 2, Post 1. He is also an Adel appointee to the Cook County Economic Development Commision and is a member of Adel's Georgia Initiative for Community Housing team.

Celestine Hayes was born and raised in Norfolk, Virginia. She is an U.S. Army Veteran. During her tour in the Army, she received two Army Achievement medals, two Certificates of Achievements, a good conduct medal and a Certificate of Service from the 82nd Airborne Corps. She has been residing in Adel for over 20 years with her husband, Roger Hayes, who is a native of Adel and is a retired U.S. Army Veteran. Since living in Adel, she has received several awards. In 2011, she received the Outstanding Service Awards from the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Cook County Area. In 2015, she received the Kelsie Mitchell courage To Lead Award, and in 2016, she received the award for Dedicated Service for the D3HR Reba Durden Scholarship committee. She is an active member of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church where she serves as an Usher, a choir member and a Program and Assistant Secretary.
Gregory Paige is married to Altheia with two children, Jetta and Sierra and four grandchildren, Alexxus, Cedric, Paige and Paisley. Mr. Paige retired from the U.S. Army in 1994. While on active duty, he received numerous medals. Meritorious Service medal 1st Oak Leaf Cluster (OLC) Army Commendation Media 1st OLC/ Army Achievement medal 1st OLC/Good conduct, Medal 5th Award/National Defense Service Medal/NCO Professional Service Medal/NCO Professional Development Ribbon with Num 2//Army Service Ribbon/Overseas Service ribbon with NUM 3// Joint Service Achievement medal. Greg is a 1985 graduate from Central Texas College. In 1995, he graduated from ABAC Police Academy. Mr. Paige worked in Law Enforcement from 1995-2004, obtained the rank of Lieutenant. He has received a Certificate of Distinction from Georgia Municipal Association. Mr. Paige was elected to the Adel City Council in 1999.
Terry McClain has resided in Adel/Cook county all of his life with the exception of four years during childhood and the years at Kennesaw State University in Marietta where he earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He has been married to Audrey Folds McClain since 1990 and they have three adult children.
Terry is co-owner of Precision Products Co. in Adel and is a deacon at First Baptist Church. He also serves as a board member of the Cook County Board of Health.
First elected to City Council of Adel during a special election spring of 2019, Terry was re-elected during the regular election that same year and has been honored to serve since that time.

Timothy D. Lewis, Sr. was born Easter Sunday morning, April 18, 1965 in Louisville, GA. Tim was educated in the Jefferson County school system and is a 1983 graduate of Louisville High School. Tim matriculated at Georgia Southern University (1983 – 1985); and later joined the United States Marine Core. He later received his Master of Divinity degree from Payne Theological Seminary, Wilberforce, OH (2019).
Tim has been an ordained Itinerant Elder in the African Methodist Episcopal church since 2004. He has pastored throughout the state of Georgia, and has lived and pastored in South Georgia for the last 12 years. He is currently the pastor of St. James AME in Adel, GA.
Before entering full time ministry Tim worked as a professional barber for 26 years.
Timothy is an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Marine Corps having served as a Corporal in Operation Desert Shield/ Desert Storm. He is decorated with medals and ribbons: Southwest Asia Service medal; Armed Forces Service medal; Kuwait Liberation medals for Kuwait and Saudi Arabia; Armed Forces Reserve medal; Selected Marine Corps Reserve medal; and, Sea Service Deployment ribbon.
Timothy is married to Rev. Veronica C. Anderson-Lewis. He has 3 Children: Timothy D. Lewis, Jr., Alaisha V. Lewis and Quartrez Boyd; and 1 step-son, Blake L. A. Richardson.
